Deliveries & Shipping Costs – XP Courier

Simpliford ships orders within Greece in cooperation with XP Courier.

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the delivery area, the weight or dimensions of the parcel, and the selected shipping service.

The shipping cost for deliveries within Attica is 3.50 € for the first 4kg and 0.80 € for each additional kg.

The shipping cost for deliveries to mainland Greece is 3.60 € for the first 4kg and 1.00 € for each additional kg.

The shipping cost for deliveries to Greek islands is 4.00 € for the first 4kg and 1.10 € for each additional kg.

The shipping cost for deliveries to remote areas is 5.80 € for the first 4kg and 1.60 € for each additional kg.

Same-day delivery in Attica, where available, costs 4.50 € for the first 4kg and 0.90 € for each additional kg.

      The above prices include VAT.

For parcels over 4kg, or for parcels with large dimensions/volumetric weight, an additional charge may apply. In such cases, the final shipping cost is calculated during checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

For deliveries within Attica, the estimated delivery time is the next business day.

For deliveries to mainland Greece, the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

For deliveries to Greek islands, the estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.

For deliveries to remote areas, the estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days.

Same-day delivery is available only in selected areas of Attica and only where supported by XP Courier. Orders eligible for same-day delivery are usually delivered between 16:30 and 21:00.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, remote-location limitations, or other factors outside Simpliford’s control.

Cash on Delivery, where available, may include an additional service charge, which will be displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of the actual weight or the volumetric weight of the parcel.

If a parcel is considered oversized, if delivery fails due to incorrect customer details, or if additional courier services are required, extra charges may apply.

Simpliford is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, extreme weather conditions, strikes, public holidays, remote areas, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
