At simpliford.gr we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Greek law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all accompanying items (manuals, gifts and promotional items) and the proof of purchase, free of damage or signs of use.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method you originally used (card, PayPal, Viva Wallet) within 14 days of our being notified of your withdrawal, although we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have supplied proof that it has been dispatched. If you simply change your mind, the return shipping costs are borne by you; if the product is defective or was sent in error, we cover them and arrange collection through XP Courier.

Excluded from returns are sealed products relating to personal hygiene or personal use once they have been unsealed (e.g. headphones, massage devices, personal care products), custom-made or personalised products, and products damaged through improper use.
